1, Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• No downloadable materials have been accessed or downloaded.

2,Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

• Requests made after the refund eligibility period.
• More than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Courses purchased as part of a bundle or promotion (unless stated otherwise).

3,Subscription-Based Access

If you are a subscriber:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only; no refunds are issued for the current cycle.
• You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4,Live or Interactive Courses

For live sessions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time for a refund or credit.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

5,Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the course:

• Contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue or request a refund.
